  • No, you can only do each step of the process once. Make sure you do every step in the best possible setting to avoid being disturbed. 

  • No, that is not possible. The education is intense and focused and full attendance, as well as attention, is needed.

  • You have to be able to be on site in Stockholm. After the learning program your workplace will be in Stockholm.

  • The learning program will be conducted in English as well as large part of the consultancy period. You need to be comfortable in you english, but no need to have it as your primary language. 

  • No, sorry! We cannot help you with that. 

  • Yes! You will get paid during the learning-program and of course when you start working as a consultant. 

  • Our aim is that all the consultants who get accepted into our program will be offered employment by our client after twelve months. The selection process, accelerated learning program and the following months working as a consultant will provide you with all you need to prove that you are what the client needs.  The client is not obliged to offer you employment, they have the option - it's up to you to show them what you got.

  • It is possible, much more than you might think. It’s a matter of learning methods, setting and choosing carefully what to teach and in what order and in what way. It will take lots of effort combined with motivation and grit. After the program you won't know everything related to this role, but you’ll know what you need to in order to get going with qualified work and proper tasks. Your learning period never ends, this is just the beginning to give you a flying start!
