To find new and engaged SAP team members for Vattenfall, we are launching an SAP Jumpstart Program that focuses on finding people based on their potential, personality and overall skill set. This means that you do not need to have any previous SAP working experience to apply for this position. However, you will need to have a strong interest in technology and how it supports business operations today as well as experience of working in teams, taking ownership, and contributing to common goals.

What you will be doing:

• work in one or more SAP areas such as SAP Basis, Authorizations, Logistics/Procurement, Enterprise Asset Management or Finance.

• learn to understand the business and its needs and how they translate into technical requirements.

• advising business colleagues at Vattenfall on SAP solutions, setting up and testing applications as well as working with other teams.

• learn to understand SAP security and authorization.

• work on various international projects in cooperation with other teams.

• ensure the smooth operation of SAP systems and applications.

• drive innovative mobile IT-solutions to support future business needs.

What we offer:

Paid training - We will equip you with the knowledge, tools, and practical skills you need to kickstart your new career with SAP. You will begin with a one-month intensive training at The Upskill Company to learn the basics of your new role. After that, you will start working with Vattenfall’s teams while continuing with further training throughout the year, ensuring you have support as you grow into the role.

Job – You will be employed by The Upskill Company for the first year, working as a consultant at Vattenfall. If you significantly improve your SAP skills and demonstrate your value to Vattenfall's IT organization during this period, the plan is for Vattenfall to offer you permanent employment under attractive conditions.

Growth mindset - In addition to technical training, you will develop the human skills necessary to thrive in your new role and keep learning. The training includes workshops on learning techniques, effective communication, feedback, self-leadership, and agile work methods.
