Whether you’re craving a complete career change or looking to shift into a new area within tech, our training programs are designed to help you take the next step. In just 12 weeks, you’ll gain the skills you need for an entirely new role – and then step straight into it as our consultant with one of our clients.
You don’t need previous experience in the specific role to apply. What matters most is your potential and motivation to succeed.
Here´s how it works:

The recruitment process starts by testing your problem-solving abilities together with personal traits and motivation. Testing on a broad scale like this is a way for us to identify the ones most suited for a certain role or challenge, no matter their background or merits.

The most suitable candidates will be invited to share more about who they are and why they want to make this change. If we believe you’re a good fit for the program, you’ll then meet our client – hopefully your future employer. This meeting is an opportunity for both you and them to connect and decide if it’s the right match.

After completing the recruitment process, you and your team will start with a pre-course, followed by an intensive 12-week training program. During this time, you’ll dive deep into the subject and build the skills needed for your transition into the role. The training is free of charge – and you’ll be paid throughout the entire program.

The day after the training ends, you’ll step into your new role. For the first year, you’ll be employed by The Upskill Company and work as a consultant with our client. After that, our goal is for you to be hired directly by the client.

Our training program is a fast way for you to change careers. But that doesn't mean it's easy. We’re not trying to be cheeky when we say that it’s time to get to work. It will be twelve intense and sometimes tough weeks. But it will be rewarding and so much fun.
